WHy We Started Mass Movement?

We believe health isn't built through quick fixes or extreme programs. It's built one workout, one habit, and one step at a time. Community Fitness was created to bring people together in a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves, improve their health, and enjoy the journey alongside others.

Every Community Fitness session follows a proven format that combines strength, conditioning, mobility, and teamwork to help you become stronger, move better, and enjoy the process.

Dynamic Warm-Up & Activation: Prepare your body to move efficiently and reduce injury risk.

Build Balance & Control: Build a stronger core while improving balance and coordination.

Strength Training

Functional Strength Exercises: Develop functional strength using bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, and other equipment

Meet your coach

Mario Mascioli, ATC, CSCS, CHWC is the founder of Mass Movement and a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Health & Wellness Coach with more than 12 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

Throughout his career, Mario has worked with everyone from active adults and older adults to high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, including five years as part of the sports medicine and performance staff with the Philadelphia 76ers organization. His approach combines evidence-based training, injury prevention, movement quality, strength and conditioning, and behavior change to help people achieve lasting results.

Mario founded Mass Movement with a simple belief: lasting health isn’t created through quick fixes or extreme programs—it’s built one workout, one habit, and one decision at a time. Whether coaching a first-time exerciser or an elite athlete, his goal is the same: to help people build confidence, create momentum, and become stronger in every area of life.
