You’ll Receive
THE GOAL
8 WEEKS. ONE MEANINGFUL STEP FORWARD
Healthy Habits isn't about completely transforming your life in eight weeks. It's about helping you stop thinking about the changes you want to make—and start making them.
“I came into Healthy Habits without ______ as a consistent part of my life. Eight weeks later, I'm doing it.”
That’s the win.
WHAT COULD FILL IN YOUR “BLANK?”
Walking Daily
Strength Training Consistently
Eating More Nutritious Meals
Going to Bed Earlier
Creating a morning routine
managing stress intentionally
making time for myself
staying connected with people i care about
but the real goal goes beyond one habit.
The habit you build during these 8 weeks matters—but so does learning how to make change happen.
Throughout Healthy Habits for Life, you'll learn how to identify what matters to you, turn good intentions into realistic goals, navigate the barriers that normally get in your way, and create an environment that makes consistency easier.
So when the eight weeks are over, you won't just leave knowing more about health. You'll leave better equipped to keep making meaningful changes on your own.
THE outcome
You don't need to change everything.
You just need to start changing something.
Eight weeks from now, the goal isn't perfection. It's being able to look back and say, “I started—and I'm still doing it.”
Health is about more than what happens in the gym.
Why I created Healthy Habits
For more than 12 years, I’ve worked in sports medicine, strength and conditioning, performance, and wellness—helping everyone from everyday adults to professional athletes improve their health and how they feel.
Over time, I realized something: You can train hard three times a week and still struggle with your health.
Because health is about so much more than exercise. Nutrition, sleep, stress, mental and emotional well-being, relationships, and the environments we live in all affect one another.
And often, knowing what to do isn’t the problem. Most people already know they should move more, eat better, sleep more, or manage stress. The challenge is turning what we know into something we can actually do consistently in real life.
That realization is what led me deeper into health and wellness coaching—and ultimately to create Healthy Habits for Life.
I wanted to create a program that looks at the whole person, helps people identify what matters most to them, and gives them practical tools to turn good intentions into meaningful, sustainable action.

Healthy habits for life is held on Tuesdays from 7pm-8pm. The start date is September 15th. You will be given a private zoom link that you can use to sign into the sessions every Tuesday night.
-
Not at all. Healthy Habits for Life is designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need a perfect routine, a certain fitness level, or everything figured out. You just need a willingness to learn, experiment, and take a meaningful step forward.
-
You’re absolutely welcome. You don’t need any previous experience with health coaching, exercise, nutrition, or habit-building. We’ll focus on realistic changes that make sense for your life—not trying to keep up with anyone else.
-
No. Healthy Habits for Life is about much more than weight. We’ll explore nutrition and physical activity, but also sleep, stress, mental and emotional well-being, your environment, relationships, and the habits that shape your everyday life.
If weight loss is personally meaningful to you, it can certainly be one of your goals, and what you learn in this course can lead to your success—but the program itself is not a diet or weight-loss challenge.
-
No—but it is highly encouraged. The live sessions give you the opportunity to participate in discussions, ask questions, reflect with the group, and connect with other participants. If life gets in the way, though, you can catch the recording and continue with the program.
-
Yes. Each weekly Healthy Habits session will be recorded and made available to participants, so if you miss a session—or simply want to revisit something we discussed—you’ll be able to watch it afterward.
-
Life happens, and missing a week doesn’t mean you’ve fallen behind. All sessions will be recorded and you’ll still have access to the week’s materials and resources so you can stay connected to what we’re working on and continue moving forward.
-
Very little. You’ll need internet access and a phone, tablet, or computer for our Zoom sessions, along with the program materials provided to you. A notebook or journal can also be helpful for reflections and planning. You won’t need any special fitness equipment for Healthy Habits.
-
You’ll be part of a private group with the other participants throughout the eight weeks. It’s a place to check in, share wins and challenges, ask questions, encourage one another, and stay connected between our weekly sessions. The goal isn’t pressure or perfection—it’s making it easier to keep showing up.
-
Absolutely. Healthy Habits for Life is a complete, stand-alone 8-week virtual program. You can participate from anywhere and do not need to join Community Fitness.
-
Yes. Community Fitness is also available as its own program. If you simply want to get outside, move, get stronger, and be part of a great community, you can register for Community Fitness by itself.
